Job Summary:
The Coordinator, Visual Merchandising – Sales position will assist the VM department with providing VM support to salons and the VM Department. This role will help in all aspects of the VM department for communication with the retail network, windows, packaging, compliance reports, guidelines, logistics, inventory and invoice processing.
Key Duties Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Window Displays
- Assist designers with sourcing of materials and vendors for windows
- Assist the designers when needed with prototype development
- Participate with set ups in the salon
- Work with Logistics on inbound and outbound shipments
- Generate and provide all documentation (Commercial Invoices/Packing Lists) for shipments
- Monitor and track deliveries; communicate status until received
- Monitor inventory for window items that are in use in the retail network; communicate with the retail network on updates
- Process all invoices and inter-company charge backs
Selling Exhibitions/PR Events:
- Coordinate shipments for event support materials; communicate status until shipments are received
- Process all invoices and charge backs for event needs
- Assist with orders for event needs
- Support the VM events team as needed
Displays forms/Signage
- Facilitate salon requests for display forms and salon materials
- Consolidation of salon orders and calculation of orders cost
- Place orders for display forms and signage with vendors
- Work with Logistics on inbound and outbound shipments
- Generate and provide all documentation (Commercial Invoices/Packing lists) for shipments
- Monitor inventory of stored display forms in warehouse
- Responsible for cargo releases and inventory checks with off-site warehouse for all display forms; signage and other VM related goods
- Process all invoices for display forms and signage orders

Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in visual merchandising, set design, visual communications or similar focus
- 1+ years of Visual Merchandising and graphic design experience; preferably working with a similar lifestyle or luxury brand
- Ability to interpret creative direction/feedback
- Strong command of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Intermediate skills of Adobe InDesign
- Deep understanding of tools, current technology, trends and design principals and how they apply to luxury jewelry and timepieces
- Understanding of production methods and techniques for Visual Merchandising items as well as merchandising standards in a luxury retail environment
- Ability to take direction, multi-task and adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment with a high level of excellence
- Ability to react quickly with a strong sense of urgency
- Strong verbal and written communication, organization and problem-solving skills
